TOLEDO, Ohio (WTOL) – The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library is committed to helping you better manage your personal finances.

This is “Money Smart Week”.

It is designed for people who are just getting started in life, juggle financial needs, or want to save or invest.

This seminar on Saturday in the main library in the city center was entitled “Earn, keep, grow”.

One tip is to contact the Toledo Financial Opportunity Center for advancement in life.

“Learn how to make your money by getting a better job. Sometimes the underemployed or unemployed can help. How you can improve that situation by improving your resume,” said Michelle Gorsuch of the Toledo Financial Opportunity Center.

Other presentations this week include salary negotiation, how to become a money conscious teenager, and demystifying investing.
