List of Toledo-area COVID clinics for students

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department is working with school districts in the area to deliver the COVID-19 vaccine to students and their families. The FDA recently approved the Pfizer emergency vaccine in children ages 12-15.

Students under the age of 18 require a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian.

The following counties have vaccination clinics planned:

Toledo Public

Toledo Early College: May 17th and June 7th, 1-6pm

Start: May 18 and June 8, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Rogers: May 18 and June 8, 11 am-6pm

Waiting: May 19 and June 9, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Woodward: May 19 and June 9, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Bowsher: May 21st and June 11th, 11 am-6pm

Toledo Technology Academy: May 21 and June 11, 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Maumee

Maumee High School students do not need to be accompanied by an adult, they must bring the completed consent form. Gateway Middle School and Wayne Trail students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Maumee High School: May 14th and June 4th, 1-6pm

Sylvania

Timberstone Junior High: May 19 and June 9, 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
