Hundreds of job openings at the Toledo Assembly Complex

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – One of Toledo’s largest employers is hiring. More than 6,000 people work at the Toledo Assembly Complex, and there are hundreds of vacancies.

There are around 300 entry-level jobs available in production, and around 100 employees have to be filled. There’s a hiring event later this month.

Chuck Padden is the manager of TAC. He says to apply for any of the jobs, go online first.

“As soon as you go to the website and fill out an application, we will examine it. We will make sure your skills and needs are what we are looking for. We will then call you for a one-on-one interview at the recruitment event. “

Part of the need for more workers is fueled by the continued sales success of the jeeps built in Toledo.

“This is still one of the largest automobile assembly plants in the world. Every day we produce more than 1,000 Wranglers and more than 400 gladiators. Both vehicles have set sales records in the past few months. “

The recruitment event will take place on April 23rd. Again, you will first need to fill out an application online and then you will be contacted for a face-to-face interview at the recruitment event.
