City Of Toledo Encourages Public Utilities Customers To Read Meters And Call In Usage Amount

The Department of Public Utilities of the City of Toledo asks customers to read the water meters and report consumption by calling 419-245-1800 or by email at [email protected] the Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Call Toledo Public Utilities .gov. The attached infographic shows customers how to read their counters.

Toledo Public Utilities customers are encouraged to pay water bills online at the following link: https://toledo.oh.gov/services/public-utilities/utilities-administration/online-billing/.

As previously announced, the city of Toledo will not shut down water for non-payment while we work to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The city will reconnect the water service to an occupied residence in the Toledo service area that was previously separated for non-payment. If you need to turn your water service back on, please call Engage Toledo at 419-936-2020. All late water bill charges have been suspended.
