Charges Of Resisting Arrest Dropped Against Ruben Roman, Man Who Was With Adam Toledo Before Boy Was Shot And Killed By Police – CBS Chicago
CHICAGO (CBS) – The charges of resisting the arrest have been dropped against 21-year-old Ruben Roman, who was caught on a bodycam video with Adam Toledo before police shot the 13-year-old boy.
In a body cam video of the incident early Monday morning, March 29th, in Little Vlllage, Roman is the man who was knocked to the ground and arrested by officers.

He is still facing more serious allegations of endangering children and using a weapon illegally.

Adam was shot dead by a police officer after a car chase in an alley near 24th Street and Sawyer Avenue after dropping a gun he was carrying.

Last month, Roman was put on electronic surveillance after the Chicago Community Bond Fund placed its bond.
